PolyTrader provides tools for analyzing prediction markets, including market data visualization, whale tracking, sentiment analysis, and automated trading features. The Platform integrates with third-party prediction market platforms such as Polymarket. We do not operate as a prediction market ourselves; we provide analytical tools and automation services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

5. Risk Disclosure

IMPORTANT: Trading in prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss.

  • Past performance is not indicative of future results
  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital
  • Our analysis tools and recommendations are not financial advice
  • Auto-trading features execute trades automatically based on your settings; you are responsible for all trades
  • You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform without our permission
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
  • Manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading activities

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software, are owned by PolyTrader and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Polymarket and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLYTRADER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY TRADING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON OUR TOOLS AND ANALYSIS.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY MARKET DATA, ANALYSIS, OR PREDICTIONS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PolyTrader, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PolyTrader operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
